Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order by notifying us in writing within 14 working days from the date you receive your products. Please email info@kenooz.me for assistance.

If you cancel your order but fail to return the products within 14 working days, we reserve the right to withhold your refund.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact our Customer Service Team via email at info@kenooz.me.

While we strive to process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to prevent dispatch. Once collected by the courier, our Returns Policy will apply.

If you need to cancel an order after payment is completed, notify us within 2 hours from the order confirmation time for cancellation processing. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Returns Policy

Refunds will be processed only through the original payment method.

We offer refunds or exchanges for items returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Opened and tested products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds reflect the price paid, though deductions may apply for any signs of improper handling.
